Unhappy drip...drip...drip...leaking radiator?

I started up my car (as I've been doing every three weeks) and let it run for
about 10 minutes and I noticed about two teaspoons of coolant driping below the coolant drain plug. I replaced the front seals, belts and waterpump last summer and everything was ok so I don't think its the pump, but I think that the radiator or the drain plug has gone south. Does the coolant drain plug/seal ever go bad? The car has been sitting in storage since late September and its run every third week for 10 to 20 minutes. Any ideas as to whats happening?
