Default Retrofitting electric seats?

I know, sounds like a strange idea because electric seats add more weight, and normally I wouldn't really consider something like this, but I have found a lead on a set of leather seats in excellent condition for a great price. Only catch is that the drivers seat is electric, whereas my 924S has manual seats up front. Can anybody tell me how hard it would be to wire up the electric seats? Is it doable? Has anyone done something like this?

Or would I be better off negotiating for the rear seat and passenger seat, and then trying to find a manual drivers seat in decent condition elsewhere? Thanks!

The power connector is tucked under the carpet on all cars, even ones without power seats originally.
