Sorry my second image was not updated for some reason.

From the outside it looks alright.
If you don't mind overspray and the fact that the fenders are now blended with the header panel...

That is a honda water bottle behind the passenger light.
And that is foam sprayed in around them to hold the lights in place.

i'm sure if this was cleaned up a bit (no overspray, cleaner lines, no *FOAM*, no honda equipment, etc), it would be an OK job.
IMHO, the factory headlight assembly is a mess, and this would give you lots of room to work with (as far as when you need to fix simple things on the car...i.e. *distributor cap

i'd do it if i had a competent body guy that would leave it looking a bit better than that thing..
