Default OEM 993 16" wheels for sale

I'm listing these wheels for my mechanic. They're mounted with Continental Sport Contact tires. They do have some wear left, however, they appear to be starting to dry rot.

Wheels have been used on the track, but are straight and true. They have not been cleaned up, so they're not the best looking wheels around. It appears that the wheels are in very good shape. I only found one wheel with 2 small scuff marks (noted in the pics). There is no curb-rash on any of the wheels.

Fronts are 16 x 7, 55mm offset - Rears are 16 x 9, 70mm offset.

$700 - If shipping is required, buyer pays shipping. Wheels are located in Canton, Georgia.

Here are the pics...

The wheel below is the one with the 2 marks...

Mark #1...

Mark #2...

FYI - these don't look like cup2's, those are 17" and thicker. These are carrera2 16" wheels. Might want to change your title.

You can verify at www.wheelenhancement.com

Boxster wheels, split-stars. Had a set- 16"s are prob correct- width / offset would be on the back of each wheel on the spoke. HTH

Width/offsets are actually in the photos -- next to the valve stems. 16x7 fronts with 55mm offsets and 16x9 rears with 70mm offsets. The rear offsets are weird but fits a late offset 944 fine w/o spacers -- in fact, I'm running this set right now.

Someone on the 964 board told me they were Cup2s, thus the reason they were called such. My mistake...they've been corrected.

Joe - thanks for the help on the widths, offset.

They are not 1992 (964) wheels, they are from a 1995 993 base model, it is the only car they were ever originally on. The car they originally came from had a sport package or similar since they have 9" rears.

They are also NOT Boxster split star wheels.

Matt - I am just repeating what I was told that these wheels came off of. I have no idea if they were available in '92. I've seen them referred to a 993 wheels (on wheelenhancement.com), but I had no proof that they weren't available prior.

If you have further questions about the wheels, I'll direct you to the owner.

Mike, you are misunderstanding me. I wish you the best with the sale I am just telling you what they came on. They did not come on ANYTHING else, they are the first year of the 993 production base model wheels. I have no doubt they were ON a 1992 911, but they are not 964 wheels.

Wheelenhancement is correct, they were not available before 1995.
