But I want also replace the torsion bars with Weltmeister 30mm bars or SwayAway 30mm bars. So what springs should I take with them? Which bars are better Weltmeister or SwayAway? Weltmeister are also sold in pairs? I use this car on track also.

30mm torsion bars will be equal to having ~335lb springs in the rear, so you want to get a high enough spring rate in the front to balance everything. I would guess maybe 350lbs?
