Anyone up for a GTG at Fort Desoto.

We are thinking about camping on either April 15 which is Easter Weekend or April 22.

Anyone interested?

Camping on the beach, or a day of BBQ.

Sounds good. My ride should be ready with a new paint job, Wilwood brakes, all new seals and weatherstripping, engine clean-up - thanks to the efforts of Seb928 and his dad.

 

I might be able to stop by for a bit, if it's on the 23rd. Maybe Dick will have his car put all together....

For those who do not know, the usual spot is in the last parking area of north beach.

I too am looking into doing a LS-1 conversion as my next project car. My 1st project was an 87 924 GT clone and I've just finished a slant conversion. Some guys stopped by the shop this past Sat. and spoke of the Renegade shop that they visited early last month (April). I have another 87S M030 tub that we're thinking about hanging GT Racing 968 WIDEBODY kit on. Right now it's just bench racing.
