Finished result up front. The camera is a Palm Pilot, so the quality doesn't do the car justice. The wheels do have a nice shine, though. I'm almost as proud of my Turby-proofing job on the license plate as I am of the wheels:

Why not just use the engine to turn the back wheels while holding the sandpaper... then swap front/back wheels and repeat, for all 4 wheels? Yes I have a helper on demand (my brother).
