For the past five shipments I've ordered from the US I haven't been charged a cent for import duties. It is a little odd, but I'm not complaining!

Shipments to Canada do not get import duties when the products are Made in the USA. For items under a certain $ amount you can just put "Made in USA" on the customs form. For higher dollar shipments you have to look up the harmonize code and put that on the customs. I have the harmonize code for the brake kits, which is what I put down for my Canadian wilwood customers. So far no one has had to pay import duties on them.

Oh, and the headlight kits are off sale now. Thanks everyone for the purchases. Now I have to stay up late tonight and tomorrow night building the extras. I didn't expect to sell as many as I did, so if some of you don't get shipped until Tuesday, my deepest apologies. Most will be shipped tomorrow but no one's kits will be sent any later than Tuesday.

Well, gee thanks man.... I had planned on ordering them tonight since I was working yesterday.... I was just checking the thread before I went over to the site.

Whoa! I got in just under the wire! I'm glad to hear that I won't pay duty...MAN that's annoying when I buy stuff from the States.

I'm glad I didn't put it off...they went up in price too!

I'll be sure to give my own review of the product when I install it. Thanks again!

lol.. Here is a little side note.

I woke up this morning to find that I over sold the quota that I set to end the sale at. I had an autox today so.. being nice.. I left it up while I was gone. Returning home this afternoon I found that I may have been a little too nice, as now I am way over that set quota. All I have to say is that the guys who got in on the sale got a remarkable deal. The amount of labor required to put each kit together is ridiculous. I am sure you guys will love them though.

Now back to looming wires and heat shrinking.... Its going to be a late night.

There are some cases when import duties are still applied to Made in USA products.

Same here! Guess I'll wait a little while (it's not a crucial on my list of "things to do").

Ahh.. but automotive replacement parts is not one of them... Nor is irrigation fittings for that matter. Those are the only two I deal with so I haven't looked up much else.

Do 968s have light relays, or will they benefit from this kit too?
