Various Blaupunkts were the OE option. Is it a Monterey? That seems to be the most common. Unfortunately it's hard to find a new radio that looks "right" anymore, they all seem to have too much "flash" to go with a 1980's German interior.

You can get a few bucks for it on eBay. I've picked up Renos for as little as $20.00 and shipping. I'd just keep it for nostalgia and resale purposes.

Probably not worth much on its own, but if your car is original it may be worth keeping for originality purposes.

Mine now has a Kenwood Radio/CD player, but I have the original unit as well (thankfully the previous owners kept it when they upgraded).

Blaupunkt San Diego CD32 looks right. I've got it - bought it for the name and looks. It's good, but not great or anything. And it's real cheap (~$80?).
