Default Need help with early fuse block wiring and fresh air fan relay!

Like the topic says, im trying to put the fuse block wiring back together. Im also trying to find the fresh air fan relay. The Red power wire for the fresh air fan supposedly plugs into it, but I cant find it in the car. It doesnt appear to be on the relay board according to the manual. Im lost. I tried searching the forum but found nothing. I also have a large black/red wire with a plastic shield on it that I cant find where it goes. I have the haynes and the factory manual but still cant find it. any help is appreciated! thanks in advance!

Some of the relays are under the dash. Right above the gas peddle. What is wrong with your fresh air blower?

Well, it didnt work when I first got the car. Now, it will work when power is applied to the red power wire. Im assuming the red wire runs off of a switched 12V source. I cant find the relay for the fresh air fan. its a single red wire not connected to anything. The manual says it goes to the FAF relay. As long as the red wire has power, the fan runs very slow. I am now finding out that this is normal. That the FAF runs at a very low speed as long as the key is in the "on" position. I really need a picture or a pin out of the back of the fuse block....
