Hmm.. I guess you learn something every day. The original post was a little confusing to me where the covers were stacked. It looks like the circled area is some sweet plastic trim at first glance. Once I understood that the black area was the other cover sticking out things were much clearer. I was like "lucky, I wish I had some sweet plastic trim on my NA lamp covers".
