I'm lookin for a black Turbo with a Tan interior... like Eyal's...if people see one, lemme know...
I love gaurd's red... but... I'm sick of it, and want something that won't draw so much attention... something...stealthy... like black... and tinted windows...

I have a Guards Red car, now, and the colour is growing on me. When driving in this gloomy, rainy part of the world the car seems to glow.
My old '84 was Ruby Red and I really liked that colour; it's like red, but much more understated and regal. I owned that car for 6 years and never once had a speeding ticket. I've had my 951 for less than a year and I've had two. It's all because of the colour of the car. At least that's my story, and I'm sticking to it. (Please disregard the fact that the car that garnered the tickets has much more power and way better handling. I'm sure that has nothing to do with it )
New car (where's that apex?):

I like the Red myself, but don't need the attention it brings. I had a red Conquest TSI back in the 90's (great buy- 56K and paid only 3300 for it) and got at least 2 tics in the 12 mos I owned it. The worst part that ruined this car for me was it getting sideswiped (3panels) on the 3rd day after purchasing it. I was so disappointed. I bought it for it's cond. and low mileage. I lost the love for it after it was hit in a parts store parking lot.
Anyway, I like the black shades the best and then the dark blue.
One problem with black on a 944 that is lowered a bit. I don't think drivers see my car very well. I have had more close calls in this Met. Blk 944 than I ever did on my Victory Kingpin.
Anyone else feel this way about there black 944?

Of course, the van is a tan color, and it's hard to see the dirt on it, but who'd want a tan (bronze) 944? But then again, didn't they sell them that color for some time?
