I have family in Nevada, don't tempt me to come over there...if I bring the beer, you supply the hooker and I won't ask for anything else to help with the clutch

That car sure is pretty. Those rear mud flaps and those wheels really help the appearance of the rear fender - me likey.

To echo what's been said, a clutch job isn't all that hard, it's just a big pain in the *** and as such, people would expect a lot taken off the price. Not to bag on you, but I'd say in the condition it's in right now you'll be lucky to get $2,500 for it simply because of the "buying a non-running, pain-in-the-butt-to-fix car factor". Seriously, can't you just take a temporary job doing painting or roofing or something to pay the bills for a few weeks?

How people constantly find ways to get themselves into these kind of financial situations is beyond me. . . And people think I'M crazy for going nowhere near this ridiculous RE market. . . Sheesh!

FWIW, I do think the car is worth what you're asking if you have all of that documented. Someone capable of doing the clutch could have a very nice car for around 3 grand total. Unfortunately for you, the market is limited in this regard to pretty much the people on this forum. May I suggest you take up the free offer of a good used rubber center disk so you can sell the car as in good running condition. Hell, I'll give you one if no one else closer can get one to you.
