I'm considering getting either a Perfect Power SMT6 or SMT7, but am unsure if I really need all the added features of the SMT7. Are there any other Piggy back computers I should be looking at. If so, which ones and Why?.

I'm liking the software for the 7 a bit better than for the 6, but are there any real HUGE advantages to getting the 7 instead of the 6.


edit: I should add that this application is for a Supercharged S2 project.

I'm not sure but I thought John at VR said the 7 won't work on the 951 but I have know idea why..sorry.

 

I can't see why it won't work. Both would be run off a MAP sensor, TPS sensor, crank sensor, and lambda O2 sensor. Only differances is in the tunability, and the SMT7 may be overkill. Does anyone who knows for sure know which will work best and (most importantly) why?
