Default Messing around with the camera. random pics of the 951 tonight....

Here's one in the Garage. FEAR IT. yes, i know my garage is dirty, and needs a giant PORSCHE baner. i'm working on it.

here's my engine bay w/KLA strut brace painted black (not powdercoated) 3 coats of white high temp paint, and 5 coats of High-Gloss Black. Kokeln K&N filter adapter, and LBE- AND reliaboost. dont ask me how or why it works, but seat of the pants dyno says at least 100-200 rpm quicker spool and some really minor HP gains.

and now some before-after pics.

here's my wheels before i spent an hour cleaning them.

NASTY, right?

This is after cleaning with regular wheel cleaner, then doing them in petroleum jelly, and the tires with some serious tire shine.

kind of blurry, but that's the best i can do with my ****ty Nikon CoolPics camera.

no, we had an oil spill (not the 951, that thing never leaks a drop). it was some oil from a 1991 eclipse GSX, and an '83 Supra ( ) that i'd left in a bucket. well. one of my dogs decided that the bucket would be better left tipped over and spilling all over the garage floor.

that's just powdered soap to finish the cleansing process, i washed it off the floor/tires later that evening. (wiped off the tires, not washed).

Ok so who or where did that rumor actually start?(Pebble Beach?)
I have seen tons of factory photo's and have been to tons of dealers, and rare is the case that the crest points to the stem.
