Punk! I need that for my airbag delete project!

Whew, that feels better. Ok, now all I really need is the harness off of it, anyone have a bad one of these laying around they wanna sell me?

 

if your are deleting it why do you need a controller?

 

I need the harness off of it to plug into the car side so I don't get any warning lights.

 

Have you considered pulling the instrument panel off and removing the light bulbs (air bag or check engine or both)? That is what I did.

I don't want to pull the bulbs, I want the warning lights to work normally in case of another fault. I'm going to follow the instructions on the 944s2 site, so I want another harness plug so if in the future I want to reinstall the airbags, I haven't done anything I can't easily reverse.

 

Digging this up... How did you get the break nuts off on the control unit?
