Im having some sealing issues with my injectors, i pulled them out and when I reinstalled them there was leakage. Whats the best method to mount these? Should I drop and press each one in individually then bolt the fuel rail up to it because I was installing them while still on the fuel rail. thanks for the help

You should be able to get them to all seat with the rail attached. If you're in doubt, seat each injector in the manifold by hand, and then "roll" the rail on from one side to the other, making sure each injector is seated in the rail. It helps to use lubricant (either gasoline or spit) on the O-rings to help them to seat easier.
Make sure they aren't leaking because of worn O-rings. Ususally they are OK to be re-used but if they show signs of age they will leak.

And wait one day after you install them and run the engine. If the o-rings stay out of gasoline for some days, you need to let them to expand a little...I have this problem with new o-rings.
