Folks,
I have the above car and it's in great shape except for the front spoiler. It has the typical cracks from POs 'bumping' parking blocks. Since my wife and I have gone our ownership period (over a year) without adding to the damage, I'm looking at replacing it.
Does anyone have experience with the item sold by Performance Products (Automotion)? It's catalog number 914544 on page 149 of the 2005 Fall/Winter catalog. Lists for $500.00 before shipping. Claims to be an "Exact Duplicate" and is done in poly - NOT fiberglass.
Anyone have a thumbs up/thumbs down on this part?
Thanks!
Barry

I got a used front spoiler for an N/A with not cracks or chunks taken out of the material used for $100...it just needed to be preped and painted
there are many Porsche parts yards around that will have spoilers for a decent price.

i concur. don't pay PP's inflated prices. the factory spoiler is not fiberglass - it's flexible and i believe it is polyurethane. just buy a nice used one for 1/4 the price. someone here on rennlist has a nice one for sale - the one in friendan's link
