Default Help, my first bodily injury. Dent, that is!

Well, last night a friend pointed out the small dent on my door just south of the mirror. It's not really noticable and there's no paint damage. But it is the only flaw on my car's body. So infuriating!

So has anybody here tried any of the paintless dent repair places. Is there anyway a small ding can be popped with out respraying the door? The thing is, it's silver, so it's hard to match and blend the panel in with the rest of the car. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Josh

My next door neighbor owns a company that does strictly paintless dent removal. I'll PM you his info when I get home.

Default same problem

josh, sorry i can't help you but please let me know if you find anything out. i have two little dings in an otherwise perfect body. i looked at them both and it seems like you cannot get behind them even to tap them out, the body seems to be double walled (or something) in some places. good luck, john

You are in luck. There was a guy doing PDR at Hershey in April 2004 who was supposed to be very good. I tracked him down this summer and had him do my whole 951. He does great work, only charges $75 per panel, and operates in the Baltimore area. Call Leon at Dent Crafters (410-668-4573 -- he owns the franchise) and tell him that the guy with the gray 944 who went out to his house on a Sunday in July sent you and he'll treat you very well.

Thanks guys!

When I get around to having it looked at I'll let you all know how it turns out.
