See, that's your problem right there.

Any idea who made the nose? I can add it to my "to do/wish list"

Sharp nose, sharp Fuchs (hand-painted porsche crest would look great there) and sharp car!
The more I see the black 944s, the more I wish now that I'd waited for a black one...

The one on the black car is the Fiberwerks original nose piece, no chin spoiler. I have the Fiberwerks Evo II which comes with a built-in front spoiler and swept fender bottom. The rear piece is also from Fiberwerks. Front piece runs in the high $400.00, rear piece runs in the mid $200.00, both before shipping. Go to Fiberwerks.com.

It will take about 3.5 to 4 hours to put the front on (and about 2.5 to take the old stock one off). It will take about 2.5 hours to do the rear piece including removing the old and installing the new. Pre-paint the parts. It's easier than masking and spraying.

The lights are the challange on the front piece, which is most likely why the black car has no fog-lamps. Best thing to do is: install the fog lights prior to fitiing the piece on the car; leave the turn-signals off (for access to bolts, etc), and pre-fit everything using clamps prior to drilling the mounting holes. Also, you'll need to cut out a small area in the fender liners for the side-marker light assemblies.

Tools: Dremmel, screw drivers, socket set, drill and bits, carpenter's clamps (for pre-fit alignment), saw-horses (for fitting lights, painting, etc.) ... and a very patient wife! (Thanks, honey...)

Good luck!

Thanks for the info, Dano! (adding fiberwerks nose - and sweet-talking the wife - to the "to do" list)

Your Evo II looks sweet!
I think the Michigan roads here would tear up anything that low, though
I wince everytime I drive over a certain bridge (the only way for me to get to work quickly - there is a service road, but it's worse than the bridge)

How flexible is the fiberglass? Should you use flex agent in the paint like when spraying a factory front valance?

its not, think of paper mache or a cast for a broken bone.

Dean, are those 15" or 16" Fuchs you are using on your 944? The polished inner portion is throwing me off. Well that, and I'm an idiot...

TIA
