Very awesome pictures guys and quite a variety of choices. I really like that Model 78 Suede Monte Carlo the most. Time to spend some money now

Daniel
Where did you get that wheel? It is awesome, and would give a little more room for your legs!

Thanks Jon. How is installation on the Momo with the hub adapater? Is it pretty straight forward? Any modifications needed to the hub that I don't know about?

Installation of a Momo hub is really easy. You do however need to find a large socket for the steering nut. But to swap out a stock wheel, you pull off the horn pad, disconnect the horn, undo the nut, slip off the wheel, slide on the hub (make sure its aligned to centre), slide on the hub sleeve, and attach the wheel to the hub with the screws.

Nope, pretty straight foward. The only problem you may have is the odd sized socket that not everyone has. Its the same size as the crank pulley bolt, 15/16th of 24mm (i think). You need to get a deep socket one or have an extension for it. Just make sure you get the correct hub for the late style interior.

Also park with the wheels perfectly straight when you replace the wheel.

excellent!

What's the torque specifications for tightening that 24mm bolt? BTW I have a 24 socket so no problem there

Hey Andy,
I just bought a Mod 78 and hub from Crowder Customizing today... $168 + $53.

FYI... the guy I talked to said they had 2 of the 944 hubs in stock and that MOMO had none -- they are being backordered.
