Nose panel...
you have the 4 screws under the hood, the 2 10 mm sheet metal screws on the sides under the headlights, and the 2 8mm nuts under the rubber thing...
Now, once those are removed, the panel in theory should be free...correct? that's the way it works on our Turbo...
now assuming that is true, and all the fasteners are removed, WHY THE HELL IS IT NOT MOVING?
Any and all advice appreciated...

I had the same problem. I just kept working it side to side and pulled really hard. Its sorta locked into place. You may want to put some tape or something on the top of the bumper, it is easy to scratch pulling it off.

Thanks Testa... I feel dumb now... I forgot the 2 towards the center on the inside of the headlights...I'm all pullin hard, afraid I was gonna bend the damn thing, then gave up... put it all back together...
