Default Autocross pics... Polar region in October

It was a bit cold and wet in the morning, but then the clouds broke and we got some sunny weather to dry up the tarmac.I'll let Alex post about his day

Hot damn, wet pavement and no walls, priceless. I hope the 951's held a respectable showing?

They didn't have the timing equipment running today, so it was a day of fun runs. I had a couple runs that felt really fast, but who knows right...

I do need new brake pads though, the metalmasters are not up to task.

Great Pics! Thanks!

Can anyone identify the rims on the red 944? The look really good to me (which I could do something about it, but soon I hope).

I let Alex know about this thread and he'll be able to field all the wheel questions. Those wheels are relatively light and very strong.

The airfield is at CFB Edmonton (Namao). The strip is no longer in service and gets rented out throughout the summer for local car clubs to run events on. The police do their driver training out there too.
