Default Sport suspension items and other misc. things for sale...

Hey guys,

I have some things here I'd like to see sold and gone. I was doing some work on spare suspension parts this summer to compile a cheap solution for the common problem of 18 year old 944's - worn out struts. I'm also a fan of upgrading when I replace parts, so I wanted to do the same for someone on here.

1) I have two strut housings cut, drilled and primered ready for final painting and strut inserts. They will fit the 924, 924S and 944 through the 1986 model year.

2) I have modified 951 springs. They are 160lb/in. springs that have been heat compressed and lowered 0.75". For reference, the stock 924 had 120lb.in. springs while the 944 had 140lb/in. springs. I painted them white, but they can be painted whatever color you'd like them to be.

3) To balance the slightly stiffer front springs, I have a modified 18mm rear swaybar from a 951. I took advantage of the factory's excessive end-crimping and added a second set of holes that make the swaybar 12% stiffer over the standard holes. The 18mm bar is already a large percent stiffer than the N/A bar, and the two hole choices increase swaybar stiffness by 173% and 204% over the stock 944 (14mm) rear bar.

I'm willing to paint the strut casings, fasten new inserts in them, and sell them along with the 951 lowering springs and adjustable swaybar for $300 + shipping.

I also have a non-modified 18mm rear swaybar, also from a 951, as well as 2 banjo bolts for sale, The banjo bolts are jetted for 1 bar. I'm willing to accept offers.
