One of the three is not right, with fuel and spark and valve timing you get a bang, are you testing each properly? Like fuel resistance to flow creates pressure? Maybe the water mist at night spark dance check?
Still sounds like a simple electrical connection failed in the ignition or fuel delivery systems. Concentrate on areas that have been exposed to the elements.

yes i tried starting fluid..no luck. feul pressure is fine and ive checked the output of fuel out of the rail and that checks out...spark seems to be there. yea ive tested everything at least 3 times and my dad who works at a german garage helps me and he cant figure it out either. how would i do that spark dance check? never really heard of that? im sure it has to be electrical or ignition. thanks!

If it died suddenly, I would look at fuses, coil, and uhhhh, hate to say it....your DME.
Sudden death as opposed to sputtering, in my experience, means something on the electrical side.
Look for a known good DME and give it at go...
Good luck...

replaced all fuses and cleaned the back of the fuse box. checked the coil and is up to specs. havnt tried the DME but i asked a person who works on porsches for a living (Phils Automotive) and he said its so rare for the computer to go he told me to wait till the last possible thing to try that cuz he said i should have spark or fuel then if it went bad.

Long shot but if you have played with all of the above things did you ever disconnect BOTH the speed and ref sensors at the same time? Maybe you got them reversed when plugging them back in? It happend to me and I got the same symptoms that you are describing.

OK, I did a quick review for ya:
Things you have checked:
- I have spark (is the wire order correct after all the testing?)
- I have fuel at the injectors (what is the pressure at the rail?)
- perfect compression (what is your compression on all 4?)
- perfect fuel pressure (see above)
- checked AFM (How about the J-Boot and all associated vacum hoses?)
- Checked TPS
- Timing is perfect
- ignition is ok (Turn the key and hear the pump?)
- checked the speed and reference sensors
- injectors are getting voltage (what is it?)
- i've checked engine grounds (R/R them and cleaned them?)
- checked TDC wit the cam markings (how about flywheel mark?
- i also replace the fuel pump relay
- replaced all fuses
- cleaned the back of the fuse box
Are you getting flooding of/in your engine? If after cranking and cranking have you pulled a plug and checked to see if it was wet with fuel?
Also please post the year of your car when you get a chance. It could make a difference.
