111,650 miles. Was 107,000 when I bought it in July. I have to keep the oil level above the mid point on the dipstick or the damned warning light flashes.

Bloodraven, is that mileage from daily driving or what? I read the thread on your next purchase (though I stopped reading shortly after you brought the 914 into the equation). I don't think a 928 could take that much mileage per year without costing you big bucks, and I don't think anyone would enjoy putting that many miles on a 914. But it was comfy doing it in a 944, wasn't it? Wasn't it?
Just to stay on topic, My dad bought the 928S with about 30,000 miles over ten years ago. We bought mom's 944 with less than 5,000 miles in 1984. Practically new!

193,000 kms. (translates to 115 mi. roughly) What, we're supposed to have oil in there? Damn, that might explain stuff.

That's nothing. I put 30k on my 944 the first year of ownership.

170021. Just gave the car a congratulatory pat on the steering wheel last night for making it that far. Oil is slightly overfilled because I had it on the race track 2 weeks ago.
