Default Check these cars out! (p-cars)

I'm visiting my brother in Portland so I thought I'd post some quick shots of his cars. I can't remember if I ever posted the 944, but it has shaved bumperettes, shaved door handles, 16inch fuchs, dark tint all around, strobes, etc. He bought the car this way. The car peeking out under the cover, well you're just gonna have to guess. I'll post some better shots later.

these are my other random toys I bought recently, a 75 honda cb500t, and a 49cc scooter. Paid less than 500 for both.

Just tell me that the slantnose doesn't have shaved doorhandles, so that I can sleep tonight.

Let's see some pictures of it with the cover off!!

Something isn't right with the slantnose, almost looks like a 914 modified a bit. I'm probably wrong though.

It's a Challon. Spelling is probably not right.

ok, here it is, it is indeed a 914 with a Challon body kit, I don't know how to spell that either.

As far as the shaved handles on the 944, there is no release on the car. The releases are controlled by a remote. The PO removed the inside door handles but they will be put back.

IIRC it was Charron. It really transforms the 914 from fugly to beautiful.

Risky business running without emergency release. Dead battery in either places(remote or car) and you are not getting in...or out

its a Chalon...and i like the stock look better myself. I thought of shaving my handles once but i dont like worrying about the battery dying.

Chalon, Challon, Charron, whaddever, I like it - reminds me of a Puma! (Brazilian car)

That yellow 944 is a bit too much for me...yellow fuchs? I like the shaved bumpers, I plan on doing that myself, but the door handles? I dunno, seems like an unfinished project, like he needs 968 mirrors or something...and the lower grille and foglights are kindof out of place...

TK;

I'm suprised someone remembers the Puma... cool car for it's day.

I'd have to see that Chalon in person, looks funky in the pics.

I used to have a bastard 911, 74 Targa converted to a slantnose cab. with a 3.0. God I hated that car.

Someone should try a slant nose 944, just for laughs of course. Any photoshoppers out there?
