Default Intermitten rough idle...out of ideas

I cant remember exactly when it started, but over the last month or so i have been getting an intermitten rough idle. It happens sometimes when i just start the car, cold or hot. Also when sitting at redlights when the car is fully warmed up or just started.

Vaccum gauge shows nothing abnormal. O2 sensor, FPR, fuel filter and air filter were all changed within the last 8k miles.

Usually what happens is the RPM's will drop from normal idle speed to about 500-700 rpms. Once in a while it will idle so poorly it feels like its very close to stalling. Usually i give it just enough gas to bring it back to the normal idle range, however as soon as i let up off again it goes back to the poor idle. As soon as i take off from the light i notice no difference in peformance or whatnot.

Its strange, only happens maybe one out of every five times im stopped at a light.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Maybe a loose connection or sensor?

All my intermittent idle/starting problems went away when I finally installed a re-built AFM from Paragon. Previous to that, I tried the cleaning procedure for afm but my problems lessened, but were still there. Best $160 I ever spent.

Air Flow Meter. Its right after the airbox. Measures the air coming in the car and whatnot.
