So I'm cleaning out the garage, hoping to free up the third spot for my porsche to finally have a garage spot to park in. a few small 944 parts surfaced that I would like to post for sale or trade. Don't be shy, make an offer if theres something you need.
-that 3 metal pipe vacuum peice
-Full set of used but good factory brake lines - complete with protecitve thing on fronts.
-the PS line that goes across the PS rack (that $1,000,000 line)
-exhaust test tube with blue cap (comes up from bottom of headers) - SOLD
-Cycling valve with bracket, 2 out of 3 nipples broken off.
-set of rear sway bar endlinks - great condition
some of this stuff is sell, trade, or trash, some I'll still keep around. please make an offer!
also have some old furniture and honda parts to get rid of, but i dont think this is the place.

its a test tube for either dealerships or smog places to test your exhaust. I think its more for europe, but i may be wrong.
it connects to the top side of the crossover pipe, right after the headers connect to the crossover.

Dude, I've tried like six different ways to repair busted CV nipples. Best results I got was with a brass vaccum fitting (the kind with the little barbs to grab) smeared with a little RTV sealant, then tapped into the hole in the CV with a hammer, then sealed around the edges with a little more RTV. It worked for a while, but unfortunately getting a good seal between the other half of the fitting (the part sticking out and making a new "nipple" now) and the wastegate line is very hard. Mine was WAY too easy to pull off and I eventually decided that the risk of having a poor or non-existent seal at that fitting wasn't worth the risk (no boost regulation & new headgasket - or engine). I suppose it would be possible if one could find a brass vaccum adapter that was two different sizes - smaller on the side going into the hole in the CV, larger to provide a snug fitting to the WG line. . . I just decided "screw it" and added an accuboost for the time being, which seems to be working fine.

Never heard back from you on the PS line.... Was that a stupid question, or, did you just miss it...? Was just wondering- I'm probably going to need all new PS stuff, actually... it's not looking good for me in there... this will be a BIG job b/c I need new tie rods, A-arm bushings (not ball joints, but, bushings- want to do ball-joints too, but, am not sure what to do here, really...), also need new suspension all the way around & alingment will need to be done after each of these things is done, so, may as well do it all at once.... anyway... back to the PS line....?

hmm weird, I sent you a pm right after you posted! maybe I sent it to the wrong person??? (oops!) I'm not sure if it attatches to the bottom of the resevoir, but i can get you a picture of the line sitting in the garage. I'm not sure what its worth, but i have a couple guys showing interest. I geuss if its what your looking for, make an offer. Let me know if you want that photo.
Also, PM me about suspension, I can help you out if your buying new stuff.
