Wow, I'm really impressed! Great work!

How do you map out your exhaust tubing lengths and bend radii and direction?

Hmm, maping out the exhaust... Well, I mounted the turbos roughly and cut a 5" hole where I wanted it to exit. From there I just measured it all out, cut the needed bends to get things where they needed to be and worked with it till it was right. No real magic to it, just measure twice, cut once as they say. I do sometimes use pre-heater tubing, it's aluminum corrigated tubing that is light and flexible. I bought it at Autozone. It comes in handy for fab work to get a rough idea on layout and clearances.

ok, as promised, I have some pics on the widebody progress. so far both front fenders are cut, the passenger side is mostly welded and ready for some hammer work. I would have had the driver's one welded now too, but I left the Argon tank on last night so I can't weld. Getting a tank tomorrow I hope. Ok, pics...

few more...
I added 1.5" to the front per side, I plan to add 2-3 per side in the rear.

that looks a-mazing. Now you're going to have looks to match the performance+some extra downforce at 100mph+
Great metal work skills too!

Thanks, I'm pretty happy so far(haven't decided to scrap it yet). I just hope my Fiberglass skills are up to par. I'm planning on doing a 935ish nose with side pocket lights. I think more like the Kremer nose, not Martini (Moby). The Martini slopes too low to flow with the lines of the 944. I'm just pissed that I didn't get the other fender welded tonight.

Widebody 944!!!!! OOh its gonna be awesome looking. Especially if you keep the stock turbo bumper look. I dont like how so many widebodys adopt that flush tail. Porsche got it right with out tails, but bigger hips always look good if done right!

A few more...

The rear has evil plans as well. It will be tricky, but I think doable. There's alot I want to do with it, yet keeping it stock-ish. Think, if there was a second Boss car...with a slight twist of 935 and 962...

How are you gonna make the doors flush with the fender? Or you just gonna run it with the gap?

The front fenders will be open back. The only thing that isn't planned out yet on like the whole car is the rocker pannels. I'll do the rear fenders first to see how everything looks and see what it needs to bring it all together.

I'm still thinking about flaring the front of the fender and the valance along with the top of the wheel arch a little more. Kinda roll the fenders. Right now it's at 8" width on the top of the fender and 8.5" at the opening. I'm thinking go to 9" with the 8" hips. Still looks a little too stock but wider for me.
