Default Injector 4 is dead

Well I tried starting the car again today with no luck. After several tries I still didn't have any fuel getting to the plugs. Tapped the DME a few times but nothing. Also where should the module under the throttle body be set to trip.
I had a spare injector plug and connected it to a 9V battery. I was able to hear all of the injectors opening except for #4. Anyone have one they are looking to get rid of?
I can't get to my manual right now so any help would be appreciated.

is the injector grounded? sometimes those wires have issues at the connectors over by the booster IIRC.

I don't think there is a ground prolem because I was testing it with a different plug. I was able to hear all of the other injectors open and close. When I plugged it into number 4 I got nada

Also would one bad injector stop all of them from working?

Does the car start with that injector unplugged? I think this test is safe to do, just don't run the car this way for very long.

haven't tried starting it without the injector being plugged in. I was playing with it for like 2 hours yesterday and when I found the injector was bad the wife wanted to go out for a drive.
It hasn't started yet I'll try that tonight.
