Default CRAP not again

I went to tunn on the AC that was fixed9/1/05 and no cool air.Damn this is the 2nd time Ive repaired this thing only to have it last a couple of weeks. So far I have owned the car 5 years ,had Ac for 6 weeks!! I heard it leaking out,so back to the shop and see what went. Hopefully just a seal, compressor seems to be working fine.

Has anyone had good long term luck with repairing thiers? What aftermarket compressor have people had good luck with and where did you get it and how much?

It is converted to 134.

you could always remove the AC... it's not bad when all windows are down, you're wearing sunscreen and the sunroof is nicely stowed in back...

Then again, i'm unsure of the heat index in Rhode Island...

The problem in rhode island is that it can be 70 degrees and you still sweat your *** off because it's like 80 percent + humdity....

That said, i still don't have AC in either of my 3 cars

Sorry you are having trouble paul. if you need a line or something i might have a spare off the parts car , just let me know.

you don't say what you repaired, if you went to the dance of evac/recharge and it sounds like you have a leak.
