I have been having boost troubles (it takes wot to get 2 bar on my stock boost gauge). I have replaced the vacuum lines and the BOV( this solved my horrible mpg prob). I verified that the wastegate is not stuck open. When I placed my hand over the exhaust for like 15 seconds it never got hot. Could it be my cat is clogged?
Edit.. it's an 89 951 w/ no mods..yet..seems like I will NEVER get this car running right.
