I'm installing new "front-of-front" bushings in the control arms, does anyone have any tricks to get them entirely seated? I've used a press and pounded the living crap out of them but still need them to move 2-3 mm in order to mount into the crossmember.

are you using stock bushings? i installed weltmeister reds and i know there was a steel sleeve that had to come out in order to get the new bushings in. i'll throw up a few pics:
this first pic shows the sleeve on the other side of the arm, with the sleeve closest to the camera having been removed.
using a dremel to notch the sleeves so they will come out:
last pic shows both sleeves removed and the new bushing ready to be installed.

You're talking about the steel arms on the 924S right? Somebody over on Pelican was having trouble installing new stock bushings a week or so ago. Basically the solution was lube the crap out of them with either grease or liquid dish soap and the press away with a vice or hydraulic ram press.
