Nice car, love the color combo. That being said, I think you are going to get very few bites here, if any, because:

1. 212K sounds like scary high mileage to most people.
2. $4K is a lot for a car with high mileage and doesn't have any other bells/whistles to go along with it (ie, basically bone stock with maintanence upgrades).
3. Most people here are looking for a "good deal", and have been brainwashed by the "I got my perfect concourse low-mileage N/A for $2K" posts that are rampant here.

Rennlist is just not a good market for that car. It's going to sell by means of auto-trader or other classifieds to someone who is not a prior 944 owner, who thinks that $4K for anything with the Horse/Bar crest on it is a great deal.

I've seen and driven this car and it's definately in great shape, I doubt it's ever really been abused in it's life. Good luck with the sale Jonathan, sorry to see you have to sell it.

Ok, clearly I'd like to get as much as possible in the sale of the car, but I'm not crazy. I'll listen to comments.

Upon further reflection, I've decided to lower my asking price to $2,500 or best offer.

I'll know next week. I confirmed with Porsche of Arlington that I can get copies of the five years of records that they have. In the meantime, I'll send the PO an email to see if he recalls.

Clutch update: According to the PO, it was done around 190K.

Therfore, there should be about 22K on the current clutch.
