Default description for raised rear hatch

What did the descr. say about the raised hatch? It appears to be tinted.

Rick

Based on the description, it almost seems like an insert of some sort....

Yeah its a tinted Lexan insert that sits flush with the hatch glass. Apparently it just attaches based on points in the hatch. No tools or special installation.

Ok, so I went through some old graphics stuff I got from a friend in the UK.
His company handled the Porsche marketing account in the UK.
Here is what I found. This was the original from UK. I scanned it in for download here. It was only 4 pages and touched on the carrera 911 as well as the 924S. They were called Aerodynamic accessories. And for those who wanted part numbers!!

Full brochure here.

You know I saw a couple cars with that splitter in the mobile.de autotrader a while back and thought they were fakes. I didn't know that it was a factory part

Did you all see that uber cool front and rear spoiler for the 924 on the cover of that brochure. I have never seen one of those in action.

That surfboard/bike carrier is bitchin' and would solve two big problems of mine, although having a surfboard sticking out the roof does look kinda' cool.
