And you guys are working with black leather... try using a colored leather, its like 2 - 3 times as thick. I eventually got it in. pfft.... lightweights :P

if you have 400GB, you can have tons of them at higher bitrates in the car...
I also have a MP3 CD player in the car, however I never use the cd function or the radio.
It just acts as the amp for THE HIVE , which will soon not even need the headunit.
back on topic : at least put a small sheet of paper between those cd's in the tray..
does that shifter come with the insert, or do you move the stock one over to it ??

No, it has a very thin elastic, but it is just way small compared to the original. I emailed AGLA, but got no response so far. I don't think it's the right size. There is tight, and there is silly. This has to be the wrong part number. Maybe the 993's had a smaller frame? There is a "993" sticker on the inside of the boot.

I knew I wasn't crazy! Alan Gun contacted me, saying they shipped the wrong boot and ****. The 993 set has a smaller bottom opening that wont fit on a 944/968! He's sending me the right one as we speak.
