"Nine Forty Four".
Like "Nine Sixty Eight" or "Nine Eleven" or "Nine Fourteen" or "Nine Twenty Eight".
The modern ebonics version, if you want to be current wit da lingo fo shizzle, is "Foh-Foh".

Has to be a "nine forty-four", since you wouldn't say nine-one-one, right?

Is it "neun vier und vierzig" in German?
"neun elf" ?
Always wondered that but have never asked a German.

Now if you really want to go out on a limb...
Neun Hundert Vier und Vierzig. Nine Hundred Fourty Four.
Or
Neun Vier Vier. Nine Four Four.
But why stop there!?

I've heard many british people call them a "nine-four-four". I guess it sounds more proper.
I'll always call it a nine-forty-four, unless I'm faking a british accent

In reality, I call it a "nine four four ess two." I think with the S2 at the end, nine-four-four sound better.
