Okay - a perfect 120 psi on all 4 cylinders. The number 3 plug is a little fouled, but not bad. I'm leaning toward the HG:

Could it be turbo seals? Can you do a leakdown test with that monster compressor?

All your plugs look too dirty for a gasket leak into the cylinder imo. Anyhow, you said it was oil smoke, not water smoke right? I'm sticking with a turbo seal for now. Pull an intercooler pipe and see what it looks like inside.

what majes a turbo seal blow? did she upgrade the turbo? did it need a restrictor in the oil feed line?

Sounds similar to an issue Zero10 had after his rebuild, maybe you can get in touch with him and see what his problem was?

Also check the major vacume hoses that run into the intake manifold I believe there between runners 3 and 4 and 1 and 2. Mine blew out once under boost and the car was puffing out alot of black smoke. Give them a good yank and see if any of them come right on out.

The plugs are dirty due to running rich while farting around with the ARC2. All vaccuum lines are new and secured with rad clamps. The turbo is also new. Whatever the problem is, it was an all-of-a-sudden thing. The car burned no oil yesterday and was belching it like crazy today. It is definitely oil as I can smell it and see the residue on the back of the car.

Valve seals?

If the compression and leak down checks are ok, what else causes oil to blow by?

Well that is good news. Have a look in the turbo plumbing and the turbo for signs of oil. If you have oil on the inlet side it will indicate turbo seal. If you have oil on the outlet side it will point toward head gasket and/or seal. Hopefully, it's just the headgasket.

Yeah - those Split Fire plugs need to go. Just get some simple copper core NGK or Bosch plugs.

Good luck - you'll have this figured out and fixed in no time.

How many miles have you put on the car since the rebuild?

Sounds like turbo to me. Do you have a multi piece cross over pipe? If so pull it, fire it up, and if it still fogs out of the headers. If it doesn't you know the problem lies down stream, which would point to the turbo.

About a thou (the Fest was 800 or so round trip).

Well, the turbo looks dry, but there appears to be oil in the intercooler pipe and inside the TB:
