Default OT Daily Driver

Well i been looking to purchase a daily driver and something sporty. I found a nice audi TT nearby and was wondering if anyone knew about their upkeep. Also parts etc.. Also i am up for any other suggestions if you know of any other type of cars. also i am hoping for the car to have a little voom to it. I can probably spend between 11k-15k
thanks in advance

As far as "fun factor" for cars, I have yet to find much which was as fun as my e30. Just a thought, although they are fairly slow.

how is the upkeep on the s4. I also think they are twin turbo
I think that both of those cars are very nice. I figure the TT would do pretty good on gas since it is a 4banger

i picked up my 06 scion tC saturday for 19,051.18 with TT&L along with floormats. 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper and 5 year 60,000 mile drivetrain.

can't beat toyota reliability either.

19k is a little to steep for me but if i could i would . U figure i am only 19 with my 951 and my nissan pickup and now another vehicle. i would just drive my nissan daily but i don't like depending on it to drive out of town plus it is a truck

Oh you wanted good on gas?

Maybe you should look at a Scion Tc?

I believe it has the same engine as the Camry, looks sporty, should be reliable, and you could add on a SC if you wanted to up the HP in the future.

i am willing to sacrifice some gas mileage if it gets up and goes and works in the winter.

the tC DOES have the camry 160hp 4 banger engine. awesome daily driver with nice modern lines and the interior is pretty sweet too. it is a bit pricey at 19 since you're looking for something 15 and below, but it might be something worth checking out and test driving at your local toyota/scion dealer.

What about looking at the VW cars? You can get pretty well kept used ones for under $12,000 that arent really old either. Heck, a friend bought a new Golf of the lot for 13k new. (old stock) I have a GTI and it has been a blast in the winter through snow and everything. Quite practical. Gas WOULD be good...but i end up forgetting im not in the 944 and my driving dictates towards lesser gas mileage.
