Preparing for next year's Fest!
#16
I dunno about next year, but if y'all want to "tune up" for it, maybe you can bring your drink mixing skills down to the Ozarks and help us out in Sept. I'll bring some guitars, too! Most of your livers should have regenerated by then... lol
By th eway, how was the jam session at the Fest? No one has said anything about it.
Regard,

Going with the pack
is quite monotonous.

Speaking of which I need two things...
The recipe for the jello shots we had at the fest.
The recipe for the margaritas that I don't remember drinking at the fest.
Thanks

Oh God Wes, I hope you don't have to do that. Can you take the slave back out and feel if the fork is seated properly?
The martini is an invention of ours. It involves champagne, peach nectar, peach Stoli, and a couple of other things. Float a piece of peach and a strawberry and life is good on those 112 degree days!
Oh, and it accompanied grilled salmon with fresh dill and lemon sided with grilled asparagus and eggplant. Finished off with chocolate crepes with chocolate mousse filling and fresh raspberries. Life was good at my house today!

I do not understand the reference to 'Jello shots' although I can identify the symptoms!
Will there be any lying around Illinois, Indiana, Ohio in September?

Lying in Sept? I think the lying has already started!
As for me, I think I got over the "funk" barely in time for racing this past weekend! Like Friday evening...
The racecar's running great, needs little attention. Get one more trouble-free weekend out of the way, and I'm going to pull my other turbo (GTS-to-be) out of storage and get cracking on it. Iff'n it isn't done in time for the next Fest, I'll have to drag the racecar down just to show off... this nasty leprous old '31, as fun as it is to drive, just isn't cutting it in the looks dept. anymore...

(consider making the 944 version a hearty but sweet handling brew..... with a great body, of course! )
