Yesterday I started a thread here entitled "Iceshark???". I just wanted to get his contact info up so that all those that need to get in contact with him could since some of his other threads were removed and his last one locked down.

I guess someone felt threatened by it 'cause it's no longer here.

There is much trouble brewing in Rennlist-land right now. To make a long story short, Iceshark basically said "eff this" to the "vendors only" policy that has recently become the focus of crackdowns around these parts. Can't say I blame him, but neither can I say I think John is out of line - it's his board. There's been plenty of discussion on this already in other threads, so go look for it there.

Yes Ted I've seen that thread. The one I started yesterday was just for the benefit of those who've already sent in deposits and need to finalize any details w/ Dan. All the thread had (at least last time I looked before it was removed) was contact info. Nothing about sales or products etc.

I can understand (but not necessarily agree) with the decision to remove Iceshark's thread but I don't know what rule was violated that caused mine to disappear (which IMO is worse than being locked down).

Is there allowed to be another thread to stay in touch with him?

Don't ask questions about it either. Your post will get deleted immediately.

Officially the worst end to a Rennlist thread I've ever seen!

Just curious.

Thanks to everyone who expressed their opinion. Thread closed.

The original thread was taken down on 7/5. JD and Jenn agreed to put it back up to allow people who sent in deposits to stay in contact with him. 3 weeks isn't enough time to wrap things up?!

Towards the end he was talking about building another 25 sets. . . .

PLEASE for the last time---Stop starting threads like this. If you have an issue with this site, take it to PM or email!!
