I have the square part, the pin and ball (1-3/4", IIRC) from my old truck, just not the Class III receiver if you want it.

U-Haul has one that is the Dlan hitch. Any U-Haul dealer can get it.

So far the best I've found on the 'net is $240 plus shipping. I was hoping someone had one laying around, I really don't want to put $300 into this.

I've tried calling 3 different U-Hauls locally and get kicked into their answering machine, must have enough customers already.

Worse comes to worse I know someone that can make one.

Get a universal and bolt it to the bumper? I pull stuff with the daily car like it's a truck using a tow strap and the holes for the bumper bolts. I broke a 10,000lb tow strap dragging a tree not too long ago, lol. Also, I use it to pull dead cars up the hill in my driveway, just pulled Rock's turbo the other day. Pulled 3 cars out in the snow last winter. Can you say support vehicle?

I was using the turboed riding mower in the driveway, but, it either smokes the tires or stands a nasty wheelie, lol.

I think I'm going to get a universal and fab a bracket to bolt it on in front of the bumper shocks.

Give a call to Will DiGiovanni at Precision Motorsports in Califon, NJ. (908-832-6572) He designed my trailer hitch based on the original Porsche design. I believe he used Draw-Tite components. Tell Will that Zoltan sent ya!

Sorry I don't have close up shots of the setup, but it works very well. Cost: $400 with parts and labor.

Here's some shots:

If you'd like, I can take a couple of close up shots of the setup.

Me too. Especially how it mounts to the car.
