I've replaced my stock seats in my '87 951 with a pair of recovered sport seats and I'm thinking of selling the originals. They are linen color, cloth/vinyl with the Porsche imprinted cloth. I've been told these are somewhat rare, at least in a guards red car, but I'm not sure. Condition is pretty good. There is a repaired seam-separation in the passenger seat about an inch long, and a round cigarette burn on the drivers seat right between the legs, repaired with a patch (not good color match though). Will consider selling if someone is really looking for these. PM me if interested (and no, I am not "giving them away" )
I want them, but I'd hate to see what shipping is to Ohio. I'll find something local first. Put a price out there so people know what you are looking for.
Hey Kevin, I shipped a stock pair of seats to Cali from Ohio, ran me about $75 UPS. I broke both seats down so that they were two pieces each (bottom and back). Used two boxes. YMMV.

I had a pair of seats shipped from PA to CA and was charged $125 by the seller, but actual cost may have been less. Two seats fit perfectly in a 20x24x36 UHaul box. Wouldn't be surprised if the actual shipping was closer to $75-100.
I'd like to get $400 for these seats. BTW, the driver's seat is power, passenger seat is manual. They are cleaner than in the picture as the picture was taken before the interior was detailed and the seats shampooed.
Hey guys, give Fedex Ground a shot at shipping them. The last set of factory seats (one power, one not) cost me $30 total to ship from KC to the east coast and they got there in two days, shipping in two big boxes. Fedex Ground ROCKS almost as much as Rennbay does (but not quite... if the CEO was named Travis, then they'd really be onto something).
