I have had my car at college for 2 years going on the 3rd (my senior year). THe only problem i ever had was someone stealing my cover but no car damage. All you have to do is park it in a well lit are that can be seen. If you keep it in a well lit area that you can see people will not mess with it from my expericance ( I personally love end spots). I recomend a cover if the car is in good shape but some say that draws attention.
