Yeah, I'm placing my money on the relay, as the switch is only a couple years old, but I went ahead and bought a new switch anyway for $18.00... the only way I'm buying a new relay is if mine blows up... until then, it can live with being cleaned...

and it fixed itself... I came out of work, re-connected the battery, fans kicked on... Drove home ('bout an hour drive) put it in the garage, shut off the car, 1 fan was running... Let it sit, fan turned off... so... Oh well...

Yeah, I actually pulled the relay out, and cleaned it.. you could tell that was the problem, as one of the contacts looked rougher than the other, and there was what looked like splash damage from hot sparks.... I used electrical parts cleaner on it, then used a touch of 3000 grit sand paper on the contacts, then did more electrical parts cleaner... seems to be working fine... I'll keep the money aside for it just in case..
