Default Has anyone self-installed their Wilk board?

About to receive the adapter and powerprom chip...just got the instructions...I can see I'll have to lock myself in my shop for 3 hours with no kids! Anyone already done this that might have some additional advice?

TIA

Joe

That should help you out a bit too. Just be VERY careful with the chips, take them out by prying up both ends at the same time, or each end a tad at a time.

Thanks....looks like that's for the 85.5 up...which already have a socketed board....I am talking about the actual soldering in of the adapter which allows for mod chips

Just be very carefull, Work clean, watch out for static, and dont heat the board or chips up to much you can damage them
