Signals Lights WTF!?!?!?
Well put my signal light and washer switches in today. Left signal fine ticks normal Right signal ERRRRRRRRRRR!!! sounds like a damn buzzer is stuck or something and the light will stay lit on both dash and tailight and front signal light. Its only when i try turn the right signal on left works fine. Could it be the relay? or do i need to just plan my route so that i only need to take left turns? If it is the damn relay where the hell do i get one??

Does both the right rear and front signals light up when you signal right?
If the left rear doesn't light up its sounds like your rear right bulb is out. Until you solve your problems just aviod right turns.

It's possible it's grounds, but the most likely culprit is the switch.
Did this problem just pop up out of nowhere? Did it just start one day, or had the car been sitting for a while?...
Just trying to figure out how the problem came up, might help in the diagnosis.
until then, my money's on the blinker fluid as well. Make sure to use the premium kind.

After replacing your blinker fluid, I'd give the relay a shot.
It is cheap (~$10) and you can get it at any auto parts store. Get an electronic one not the cheaper thermal type. Bring your old relay into the store and buy a replacement that has the same pin/leg configuration and the same leg numbers. Don't get a heavy duty one as those are for pulling trailers, ect., and lighting up a bunch of bulbs. They won't flash at the right speed in our cars.
I suspect the buzzing sound you hear may be the relay. The other thing to check is if the hazzard function works. That is on a seperate circuit inside the relay and if the hazzards do work then the relay is bad for sure, though there may be something else going on due to you monkeying around with the switch.

You didn't say if the hazards still work.
I don't know which relay slot it is off hand on an '84 and I don't have time to go through my CD of of the manual - it takes forever to go through that thing and I have to get to the battery cable build this weekend. But you can probably tell which one it is by the buzzing sound it is making. And there are probably only three legs/pins on the relay base which makes it unique as I believe all the other relays you have will have more pins.
Once you find it and pull it the blinkers won't work at all so you will know you got the right one. Then, yeah, take it to the auto parts counter and say "give me a replacement and make it electronic and not thermal."

I had the same problem on my S, I checked everything and it turned out to be a stupid light bulb. It wasn't burnt, but it was wrong. On the bottom of the bulb you supposed to have two "bumps" like in the picture. I had only one “bump", changed the bulbs and now it's good. Hope this helps, good luck.
