I love guards red I was looking for a guards red S2 but couldn't find any. Oh well my 930 Turbo or M491 Carrera(Turbo Look) will be guards red for sure. Guards Red/Cashmere can't beat the color combo!

hmm, I just realised that I don't think I've seen 996 or 997 guards 911 in person...

I would definately buy a new porsche in Guards red. Only to round it out since my 951 is guards red and pops 930 is guards red. I agree that guards red was played out in the 80s, but now everybody has a silver porsche......

Guards Red rocks!
When I was looking for my Porsche, my color choice was "Anything but Guards Red." I wound up with my Guards Red 944S2. The color grows on you! I now have matching Guards Red driving gloves, driving 'booties,' and matching Guards Red under--.... oh, nevermind...

The other day when someone said that the newer porsche's don't have guards red becuase it looks 80s'ish, i searched for guards red 996... And I think all the first page was, was links to that one being for sale/sold, at least it looked exactly the same, same wheels, and its a turbo right? Maybe it's the only guards red one.
