Power Steering feels stiff at times...
I have noticed that my power steering sometimes is a bit stiff to turn. It is not all the time, it is just weird.
I do not see any leakage from the PS rack, what else could this be? I did a search, but only links about PS rack deletes and rebuilds of leaking racks came back. I did not see any symptoms like what I have.
Any ideas?
Brad E.

Sounds like air in the system to me.. Not sure how you bleed the system....
I'm sure you've checked that the level is good in the reservoir, after turning the wheel lock to lock.
Take this as a friendly bump!

Adrial has a point about the belt, which reminds me... also check by hand and make sure your pump is not loose, as in not mounted tightly. My bolts have a tendency to back out.

take off the resevoir cap and turn the wheel lock to lock... see if the belt is tightened.. keep looking for leaks...
